Returns and exchanges are accepted on all clothing and shoes that are unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.  The tag must still be attached.  You may exchange or return merchandise by mail within 21 days.  Once your return reaches us at Berk's, your credit card will be refunded in full within 3-5 business days.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have recieved the information from Berk's.

Shipping

Berk's offers free shipping anywhere within the 48 states.  If an item is instock we will ship it to you free within 5 business days.  We are not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses as well as P.O. Boxes.  If you are ordering from outside of the 48 states, we will give you the lowest possible price through Fed Ex or the US postal service.  If you require that your package be shipped quicker than 5 business days, refer to the shipping cost below:
